Wolf Blitzer, Delight, Celiac Disease and Red Apple Lipstick

What does Wolf Blitzer have to do with Celiac Disease?  Nothing, but he is certainly a caring person!

Unbeknownst to Red Apple Lipstick, Vanessa Weisbrod, executive editor of Delight Gluten Free Magazine was interviewed by Wolf on Celiac Disease to help spread the word during Celiac Awareness Month.

We of course were delighted to see gluten free Red Apple Lipsticks and Lip Glosses looking heavenly as always on both Vanessa and Sarah Marx as well as standing there on the interview desk!  Sarah Marx is a CNN staff member who also lives with Celiac Disease.

Vanessa is wearing our original lipstick color Secrets underneath our original gloss color Dancing Princess.

Here is the video of the wonderful interview and Red Apple Lipstick gets a wonderful shout out around the 5 minute mark and we are incredibly proud of this!

Nice to see a news piece that feels legit and is with people who actually have celiac or know enough about it to properly explain it.

And this is one of a few problems with ‘unconciously’ created makeup. Makeup companies have known the unhealthy problems all along & yet still created them with no health warnings…all for greed. I’m happy there is a movement towards a more healthy makeup by concious women who want ethical makeup. RED APPLE LIPSTICK is the place to start :)

Very much enjoyed this interview regarding celiac disease. Glad there was a doctor w/good knowledge of the disease, & two ladies who personally have celiac disease. I think most people have a tendency to listen to, & ask question of, people who have the disease & are dealing w/it.

Was quite delighted to have a good amount of time devoted to gluten in make up, & Red Apple Lipstick w/it in plain sight. Wonderfully done.
