Washington DC is a top tourist destination city in this country. There is so much to do, so much to see. From all the national monuments, the Library of Congress, the Smithsonian, you could spend a week there and still not see it all. Transportation is top notch. The Metro (subway) is not expensive and it travels to all the places you need to go, safely. If you are looking to visit a gluten free event this summer, Washington DC is a good choice. You can show the family America’s history and attend a gluten free expo. What a truly enriching family vacation. Having myself spent a number of years living and working in the DC area, I can tell you that there is always something to do, and it is a great place to take a vacation. Hope you are able to attend this GF event. If you do, write us about it! Send us photos!
